An e-Governance application with an objective to improve the working and living conditions of SC, ST, OBC and Handicapped citizens of the state. It aims for the economic and educational development of these citizens. The various modules in this application includes:

• SC/OBC Module: To improve the educational status for SC/OBC students. Socio-economic development of SC/STs below poverty line by giving financial assistance. Further financial assistance to SC of atrocities. To reduce the evil of unsociability and caste conflicts by encourage inter-caste marriage.
• Disabled Module: to improve the educational status for disabled students, financial assistance to organizations for disabled, To encourage the disabled employees/institutions by providing assistance for self-employment to disables, to provide national awards to institutions/individuals, to provides state awards for case orphans, etc. To encourage a normal person to accept the disabled as a life partner by provide awards for marriages.
• Social Defense Module: to curb the menace of alcoholism, drug addiction. Providing insurance coverage to huts/houses of weaker section. Welfare of prisoners and their families. To give incentive to improve educational status of children of employee engaged in unclean occupation.
